mushroom 蘑菇类
truffle 松露
An underground mushroom hard to find and perceived as a luxury food. It is usually associated with game and poultry.
一种很难发现和察觉的珍贵食材。经常搭配野味和家禽肉。
shiitake 香菇
It is widely used in cooking and therapeutic purpose.

Seaweed 海藻
nori 海苔
Purlish alga that turns black when dried. It is used mainly to make sushi.

sea lettuce 海白菜
Resmebles lettuce leaves in taste and appearance. Its soft leaves are eaten raw in salads or cooked in soups.

The white part is used like the oion and the green is used to season a variety of dishes.
